WADDELL DIGITAL SOLUTIONS ("we", "us") is a technology services business based in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We are committed to handling your information in line with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and applicable United States privacy law.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide and account for our services:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (where provided)
• Company name (where provided)
• Tech stack and project notes you choose to share
• PayPal transaction identifier associated with your order
• IP address at the time an order is placed
• The content of any message you send us through the contact form

We do not collect or store your payment card details at any time. That information is handled entirely by PayPal.

2. How We Use It

We use your information solely to:

• Deliver the service you purchased
• Produce and issue your invoice
• Communicate with you about your order or enquiry
• Maintain accurate financial and transaction records
• Detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive use of the site

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by PayPal, acting as an independent third-party payment processor. When you pay, your card or account details are provided directly to PayPal and are subject to PayPal's own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of payment and a transaction identifier, but never your full payment credentials.

4. Retention

We retain order and transaction records for 7 years to meet financial, tax, and accounting obligations. Contact-form enquiries that do not result in an order are retained for up to 1 year and then deleted. You may request earlier deletion of enquiry data at any time.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it except: with PayPal to process your payment; with our email or hosting providers strictly to deliver the service; or where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process. Any provider we use is bound to handle your information only as needed to perform its function.

6. Your Rights

Consistent with the CCPA, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy of it, to request its correction, and to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of in that respect, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, email Payment@waddelldigitalsolutions.online. We will respond within the timeframe required by law. Deletion requests are honoured except where we are legally required to retain financial records.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to order data is restricted to authorised administration protected by password authentication with brute-force lockout and session timeout. Database queries use parameterised statements, and configuration secrets are stored outside the publicly served code. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information.

8. Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to operate the checkout securely and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. PayPal may set its own cookies during checkout under its own policy.
