Terms & Conditions
The terms under which WADDELL DIGITAL SOLUTIONS provides its services.
1. Nature of Services
All services offered by WADDELL DIGITAL SOLUTIONS ("we", "us", the "Company") are professional digital services delivered as documents, files, specifications, plans, or completed written work. No physical product is shipped or delivered. Each service page describes the specific deliverable, the turnaround estimate, and the price before any purchase is made.
2. Payment
Every service is a one-time payment. No subscription is created, and no recurring or automatic billing of any kind is established. Payments are processed through PayPal in United States Dollars (USD). We do not receive, store, or have access to your card details at any point. Prices shown include applicable amounts; tax is charged at 0% unless stated otherwise.
3. Turnaround & Delivery
Turnaround times shown on each service page are estimates expressed in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding United States public holidays). The turnaround period begins once scope has been confirmed and any information reasonably required to begin the work has been provided by you. Deliverables are provided digitally by email or a secure link. Where a deliverable includes a scheduled call, the call is arranged at a mutually agreed time.
4. Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase provided that work on your deliverable has not yet commenced. Once work has commenced, or once a deliverable has been sent, the purchase is non-refundable, because the service consists of bespoke professional work prepared specifically for you. If you believe a delivered document materially fails to meet the scope described on its service page, contact us and we will revise it or, at our discretion, provide a partial or full refund. Refund requests are made to Payment@waddelldigitalsolutions.online.
5. Scope of Advice
Our services provide technical information, specifications, and professional recommendations. They do not constitute legal, financial, regulatory, tax, or compliance advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Where a project has legal or regulatory implications, you are responsible for obtaining appropriately qualified professional advice. Recommendations are made in good faith on the basis of the information you provide; the accuracy and completeness of that information is your responsibility.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the delivered work product prepared specifically for you and may use it without restriction for any lawful purpose. WADDELL DIGITAL SOLUTIONS retains no intellectual property rights in the delivered deliverable. We retain the right to use general knowledge, methods, and techniques employed in producing the work. We will not disclose your confidential project details to any third party except as required to deliver the service or by law.
7. Disputes & PayPal
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us at Payment@waddelldigitalsolutions.online before opening a payment dispute, so that we have the opportunity to resolve the matter directly and promptly. We keep records of each order — including customer details, timestamps, the PayPal transaction ID, and the deliverable provided — as evidence of the service rendered. Purchases made through PayPal are also subject to PayPal's own Purchase Protection terms.
8. Compliance
WADDELL DIGITAL SOLUTIONS operates under Merchant Category Code 7372 — Computer Programming, Data Processing and Integrated Systems Design Services — and conducts its business in accordance with the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy. All services offered are genuine, lawful, professional technology services.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in South Carolina.
