This review documents what you are actually running: on-premise hardware, network topology, cloud services and their configuration, backup arrangements, licensing, and the third-party services in your critical path. The result is an accurate inventory — often the first one the business has ever had.

Security posture is assessed across access control and privilege sprawl, patch currency, network segmentation, backup viability including whether restores have ever been tested, endpoint protection, and monitoring coverage. Each gap is rated by likelihood and business impact.

Cost optimisation is treated concretely. We identify idle and oversized resources, redundant tooling, unused licences, and pricing structures you are on the wrong side of, with an estimated monthly saving attached to each recommendation so the report pays for itself where possible.
